Meet the Instructor

Katie Pak

Hi! I’m Ms. Katie, and I’ve been passionate about dance and youth mentorship for as long as I can remember! I spent 10 years as a student dancing at Seeds of Worship and have been a co-director for the past 4 years, working with middle and high school students.

I also danced with 909 Dance Troupe, a collegiate hip hop team, and perform and serve as a board member of Altaer Dance Collective, a dance team that praises the Lord through movement!

Growing up, my teachers were my biggest role models. They guided and supported me, and I want to do the same for my students. Working with children is one of the biggest blessings in my life.

This led me to earn my B.A. in Education from UC Riverside. I am passionate about creating a safe environment where children can grow in their movement and expression!

Seeds of Worship

Dance Instructor/Co-Director

Developing choreography and weekly lesson plans to lead and engage a group of 50+ students
Traveling overseas to teach dance to underprivileged students
Coordinating weekly rehearsals in preparation for regional competitions, video shoots, and annual musical event for 1,250+ attendees

Altaer Dance

Dancer/Board Member

Performance at Altaer Worship Night, using dance to minister to others
Attend weekly rehearsals and improve movement quality
Facilitate team organization, including rehearsal logistics and event coordination

909 Dance Troupe

Attended rehearsals three times a week to advance performance skills for competitions
Earned 2nd place twice at Prelude SoCal Dance Competition
Served as a board member and supported event logistics

CL Academy
